My name is Anita Vohra, and I’ve been working in early childhood education for over 15 years. I fell in love with the profession after relieving in a few centres when I first arrived in New Zealand and went on to complete a Bachelor of Education (ECE).

I love working with children and, as a Centre Manager, also enjoy supporting teachers and overseeing operations. Our passionate, multicultural team sets our centre apart, along with strong planning and a focus on each child’s interests. I believe in hands-on learning, strong whānau partnerships, and celebrating diversity. In my spare time, I enjoy long walks, reading, and spending time with my dog.

At Lollipops Eden Terrace, we focus on nurturing each child’s individual potential through strong partnerships with families. Our philosophy, "Poipoia te kakano kia puawai", emphasises that with the right care, every child will bloom.

Our purpose-built centre offers spacious, homely rooms, plenty of outdoor space, and a stimulating environment that encourages creativity, exploration, and social development. We provide healthy meals, regular yoga sessions, and community walks that connect children to nature and the local community.

Children are grouped according to their developmental stage, with tailored programs for infants (0-2), toddlers (2-3.5), and young learners (3.5-5). Our curriculum focuses on school readiness, emotional growth, and independence, ensuring your child is prepared for their next big step.
